Beth Shalom synagogue in Havana, Cuba

Upcoming Trip: Cuban Culture and Jewish Community, November 2016

I’ve got a trip to Cuba coming up this November 28th, 2016. We’ll hit central Cuba and Havana, enjoying Cuban art, music, and other aspects of the culture. And we’ll be visiting Jewish communities along the way, including Shabbat dinner with Havana’s biggest congregation, Congregation Beth Shalom!

This is almost the same trip I’m running for my own family. That is to say, it’s about the best program I can come up with – filled with my favorite people, places, and activities. So I expect it to be a good one.

We’ve also scheduled it to happen before the cruise ships start to show up and flood Cuba with crowds of travelers. That’ll start in the spring. So if you’re interested in visiting Cuba, now’s the time.

Key details:
Dates: November 28 – December 6, 2015
Cost: $4775 single occupancy, $4225 double occupancy
1 night Miami, 3 nights Cienfuegos, 4 nights Havana

Check out our trip brochure with the itinerary, terms and conditions, and everything else you need to know.

For some added fun, here’s a bit of Cuban/Jewish fusion… Instead of Hava Nagila, this is Havana Guila!
